Privacy Policy

Information Collected

  • No user names, server names, emails or any personal information is collected.
  • NabBot collects Discord entities (users, servers, channels) only by their IDs. Names are never stored in its database.
  • Command usage, with text content, is temporarily stored in plain text logs for debugging and quality purposes. These logs can remain in our storage for up to 30 days.
  • Command usage is stored in the database for statistical purposes. Timestamps, user IDs, and command names are stored; no command parameters or attachments are stored.
  • Deaths, level ups, and other character data are kept in the database, regardless of their registered Discord user. Characters are a different entity and while they may be unlinked from their Discord user, their data might remain.
  • Information posted by NabBot in the designated server log channel is not stored on our end. The information is only available in the designated Discord channels and might be removed by server managers at any time.

Use of NabBot is also subject to Discord's Privacy Policy, which governs how Discord collects and processes data across its platform.

Information Shared

  • As part of CipSoft's Fansite Programme, NabBot shares usage statistics every month. The data sent contains no personal or identifiable data.

Third-Party Services

Stripe (Payment Processing)

We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle premium purchases. When you initiate a payment, Stripe may collect personal and financial information such as your name, email address, and payment details. This information is processed directly by Stripe and never passes through or is stored on NabBot's servers. For more information, please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy: https://stripe.com/privacy.

Patreon (Subscription Platform)

We currently use Patreon as an additional platform for supporting NabBot. When you subscribe via Patreon, the platform may collect personal and financial information such as your name, email address, and payment method. Google Analytics (Website Analytics)

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other related services. Google may transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf.
