Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NabBot Discord bot, website, dashboard, and premium services. By using NabBot, you agree to these Terms and to Discord's Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use NabBot.

NabBot is operated by Allan Galarza, based in Mexico. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms when NabBot or its practices change. We will announce material changes through our official Discord server, and the date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last updated. Continued use of NabBot after a change takes effect means that you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires something different.

Bot Usage

• Do not use the bot to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Do not use the bot for illegal activities.
• Do not attempt to exploit the bot or its vulnerabilities.
• Do not spam commands or overload the bot with requests.
• The people who manage a Discord server are responsible for deciding who they authorize to change NabBot settings in that server.

Legal and Compliance

Tibia and all related assets are © CipSoft GmbH. All content from the official Tibia website or provided by CipSoft, including graphics and data, is used with permission and remains the property of CipSoft GmbH. References to Tibia and CipSoft on this site are appropriately credited and linked.

NabBot is a member of the official Tibia Fansite Programme and complies with its Fansite Agreement.

All monetization methods used in NabBot are clearly disclosed to users. We do not use hidden monetization techniques such as crypto mining or stealth advertisement mechanisms.

Premium Services

Premium time provided through Patreon is active only while the supporting user remains a Patron and stays in NabBot's official Discord server, which allows NabBot to verify their status.

Purchased premium time is assigned to the server where it is applied and may be funded by more than one user. Except where required by applicable law, premium time is non-refundable and non-transferable once applied to a server. We cannot refund premium time when a server is deleted, a user leaves, or multiple contributors have funded the same server, because there is no reliable way to determine how that time should be divided or returned.

Contests and Submissions

Each contest is governed by its own published rules. By submitting an entry, participants give NabBot permission to display, archive, and promote that entry indefinitely as described in those rules.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NabBot is provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied. We are not responsible for damages, data loss, or access issues resulting from the use or inability to use NabBot — including changes or actions taken within Discord servers, such as bans, deletions, role or permission changes, administrative actions, violations of Discord's Terms of Service, or loss of access caused by other members' actions or server compromises.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to NabBot when necessary to address violations of these Terms, abuse or security risks, legal requirements, or operational reasons. Suspension or termination does not entitle a user to a refund of premium time already assigned to a server, except where required by applicable law.

Age Requirements

You must meet Discord's applicable minimum-age requirements to use NabBot.
